Sign in to United Baristas with UB-iD
UB-iD allows you to log into United Baristas easily and securely
UB-iD is our security check to keep your account secure. It is used across United Baristas.
UB-iD 2025
We have introduce an updated version of UB-iD, which is easier to use and even more secure.
Depending on the situation, UB-iD may sign you in using:
- email code: a code is emailed to you that is entered in UB-iD
- password: enter your email address and password
- passkey: your device is associated with your account so you can sign in using your biometric data
Signing into Services
United Baristas Services almost always asks for your email and password so colleagues can have access to an accounts that has a Company Profile.
Passkeys are best for personal accounts
It is not recommended to associated a device with a shared company login to United Baristas. Your colleagues might struggle to sign in.
Other information
- UB-iD uses Auth0, which is recognised as one of the most secure identity providers
- If you are using a shared device, always sign out of United Baristas immediately after use to secure your account
