Setting up a new UB-iD password

You can no longer sign into United Baristas using Google. To continue using United Baristas Services, just create a new password to sign in.

Create a new password for your UB-iD

Your email address is the unique identifier for each account.

For example, if the Google Account associated with your UB-iD was person@gmail.com, then enter the email and follow these steps to create a password:

• start Sign In to your Account
• enter your email address
• create a password by following the Forgot Password link

Context

We have depreciated the option to sign into United Baristas using your Google account to enhance privacy and security. There are a range of reasons.

• We are currently updating the join, sign up and sign in functions of of UB-iD.
• A number of businesses that use United Baristas grant access to multiple colleagues to main Marketplace, Jobs and Profiles. Some of these companies do not wish to grand all these colleagues access to the Google account.
• The number one reason people reach out to Support is to reset a password they don't have because they have been previously using the Google Account to sign in.

These changes will make using United Baristas simpler, more secure and enhance privacy.
