Providing continuity for company accounts
We are typically able to change the email associated with a United Baristas account, when the account is kept within the same organisation.
For personal accounts, please create a new United Baristas account and contact Support to delete your old account.
Changing the email associated with your account
If you need to change the email associated with your United Baristas account, please contact support. In most cases we will ask you to:
- create a new UB-iD with the new email address
- and then we will transfer any listings and subscriptions to that new UB-iD
- and (optionally) delete the old UB-iD
Transferring accounts within a company
Support can also usually transfer/cancel subscriptions from former colleagues with the same domain, for example peter@your-coffee-company.com to wendy@your-coffee-company.com
