Deleting your United Baristas Account
Ensuring account security when winding up a company
We are obliged in most cases to hold some of your records for a period of time. Deleting your account will remove your United Baristas account and cancel your UB-iD so no-one else will be able to gain access to your account.
Deleting an account
Before requesting account deletion:
- cancel any newsletter subscriptions
- cancel your personal or company profile subscription
- cancel your store subscriptions
Please contact support from the email associated with your account to request account deletion.
Transferring an account
Support can also usually transfer/cancel subscriptions from former colleagues with the same domain, for example peter@your-coffee-company.com to wendy@your-coffee-company.com
Inactive account
Inactive accounts are automatically deleted in line with our terms or service.
