Editing or Unpublishing your Coffee Event
Updating, amending & postponing events
If recent events have taught us anything, it's that the unexpected can happen at any time.
It's easy to update your coffee event details:
United Baristas Account
Sign in your your United Baristas Account, go to Your Listings
Find the event that you want to update, hover over ⚙️, and click 'Edit'.
Changing the details
On the edit page, it is possible to:
- Change the event's status, for example from 'Scheduled' to 'Postponed' or 'Sold Out'
- Amend the title and description
- Change the time and date
- Change the event type
- Change, add or delete event organisers and/or the venue
- Update the ticket price
Once you have edited your event, click Submit to publish the changes. We recommend you then view your event to double-check the changes are correct.
Updating media
On the event that you want to update, hover over ⚙️, and click 'Edit Media'.

Once your event has finished
We hope it was a great success. There is no need for you to do anything further on the Coffee Events. Your event is hidden from public view after the event has concluded and automatically deleted several weeks late.
Cancelling an Event / Deleting an Event
You can change the status of an event or unpublish an event at any time.
- In your United Baristas Account, go to Your Listings
- Hover of the cog ⚙️ on the event
- Click 'Edit' to change the event's details, or
- Click 'Published' to change it to 'Unpublished'.
People are not notified that the event has been cancelled, so it's often better to edit the event title and description to explain the cancellation.
For example, 'My Great Coffee Event Title ***CANCELLED***'.
